We can assist you with appraisals for the following purposes:

• Insurance: Be certain that your most valued items are neither over nor under insured. We can inventory, photograph, research, and place an accurate value on your personal property. If a loss has already occurred we can still work from your photographs and descriptions to create an appraisal report for your insurance requirements.

• Estate/Probate: We will work with the executor to insure that a complete inventory of the Estate is promptly made and that all items are accurately valued. We can also advise or assist in liquidating property. (see “Other Services” tab)

• Equitable Distribution: For the purpose of matrimonial dissolution valuations will be fair and unbiased.

• Donations: Fair Market Valuations are necessary when deductions in excess of $5,000 are to be taken. Reports are prepared in compliance with the latest IRS requirements.
